Crockpot Country Style Ribs

This is going to be your next favorite Crockpot meal! The meat is melt in your mouth tender! We love having ours in a dish by itself so that a big ladle of that rich broth can be poured on top!

Ingredients

– 2 cups regular or low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
– 3-4lb boneless country style ribs
– Salt/Pepper to taste
– 1lb baby yellow potatoes, halved
– 1lb carrots, sliced
– 1 large onion, sliced
– Garlic Powder, to taste

Recipe

To a Crockpot, add broth and boneless country style ribs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add potatoes, carrots and onions and season the veggies with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.

I can hardly wait to make this recipe. It looks delicious. I may add some Italian Parsley to the ingredients while I’m cooking it.
