Crockpot Country Style Ribs

This is going to be your next favorite Crockpot meal! The meat is melt in your mouth tender! We love having ours in a dish by itself so that a big ladle of that rich broth can be poured on top!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups regular or low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
  • 3-4lb boneless country style ribs
  • Salt/Pepper, amount as desired
  • Garlic Powder, amount as desired
  • 1lb baby yellow potatoes, halved
  • 1lb carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • Recipe

    To a Crockpot, add broth and boneless country style ribs. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add potatoes, carrots and onion and season the veggies with salt, pepper and garlic powder again. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.

    I can hardly wait to make this recipe. It looks delicious. I may add some Italian Parsley to the ingredients while I’m cooking it.
