    SHRIMP AND VEGGIE PASTA PRIMAVERA

This one pot meal that takes less than 30 minutes and is as delicious as it is beautiful!

    SANGRIA SALMON CAPRESE PASTA

Flavorful and juicy tomatoes are the star of this decadent dinner! Blended with garlic, fresh basil and cheeses, they create a luxurious sauce.

    SUMMER SALMON CITRUS SALAD

I did a live demonstration of this delicious salad on Instagram and Facebook and it’s been a huge hit! If you’re a fresh corn and salmon lover, you’ll love this! It’s also great with shrimp!

    BLACKENED FISH

This fish recipe is super easy and flavorful. Just 10 minutes from start to first bite!

    SHRIMP CAPRESE

Feta Cheese pasta was a phenomenon a couple years ago. I added the components of caprese flavors as well as some shrimp as a protein, and it is absolutely delicious!

    CRAB CAKES

My criteria for a good crab cake is: #1 good crab and #2 not too “bready.” Dungeness is my favorite crab, but it’s often pricier than I prefer (unless a VERY special occasion). These crab cakes always pass my test and are impressive for a dinner party or great just for a nice dinner with family.

BAKED COD IN A PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE

This dish is so elegant, light, and delicious!

    SALMON PATTIES

Besides being a great budget-friendly yummy protein, canned salmon has great health benefits too!

    SHRIMP AND CRAB SCAMPI

As long as I can remember, this has been my favorite, most decadent pasta I’ve ever made. Without a doubt, it’ll make you want to eat this “Lady and the Tramp” style with your sweetheart!

    BRUSSELS SPROUTS BERRY CHERRY SALAD

This salad is so light and delicious! It’s a perfect topped with salmon, tuna, shrimp, cod and sea bass!
