    Blackened Fish

    Ingredients
     

    • 1-1 ½ teaspoon blackened seasoning
    • 1 lb cod or tilapia
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 lemon

    Instructions

    • Season both filet sides with blackened seasoning. 
    • Add ½ tablespoon butter to a skillet on medium-high heat. Sear the filet 4-5, flip, add remaining butter, and cook 4-5 minutes more or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from the pan and serve with a lemon wedge.
