Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

This chicken is quick, simple, and delicious!


  • 2 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. For the topping,, in a medium bowl combine parmesan, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic powder mixing well until smooth. Flatten chicken breasts to a ½” each and place on a large baking pan. Spread topping evenly on chicken breasts. Bake 35-40 minutes, then broil on high 1-2 minutes.
