This copycat Chick-fil-A Chicken Noodle Soup is so delicious and easy to make right at home. A family favorite any time of the year that is great for meal prep! My family tells me it tastes even better than the restaurant.

Chicken noodle soup is one of my favorite lunch recipes for a cozy and comforting meal. I often find myself driving through and grabbing it from Chick-fil-A when I’m out running errands and short on time. A few months ago, I figured why not crack the code on the this copycat Chick-fil-A Chicken Noodle Soup recipe myself, and let me tell you, my version is so delicious.

- In a medium pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrots. Cook 5–6 minutes until very soft, not browned.

- Add egg noodles and simmer until just tender, about 7–8 minutes.

- Stir in chicken. Simmer on low 15-20 minutes.
