Best Ever Macaroni Salad

Hold on I’m coming in hot with THE BEST macaroni salad!

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 15oz Miracle Whip
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • Salt/Pepper, to taste
  • SALAD:
  • 1lb elbow or ditalini pasta
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 diced celery
  • 3/4 diced bell peppers

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water per package directions, drain and cool. In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, garlic salt, vinegar, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Taste for balance of flavors. To the dressing, add eggs, vegetables and pasta. Stir until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
