Ingredients
Dressing
15ozMiracle Whip or mayonnaise
3tablespoonsugar or sugar substituteor less if desired
1teaspooncelery seed
½teaspoongarlic salt
2teaspoonapple cider vinegar
2tablespoondill pickle relish
2tablespoonyellow mustard
Salt/Black Pepper to taste
Salad
1lbelbow or ditalini pasta
3hard-boiled eggspeeled and chopped
¾cupdiced red onion
¾ cupdiced celery
¾cupdiced bell peppers
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water per package directions, drain and cool.
In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, garlic salt, vinegar, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Taste for balance of flavors.
To the dressing, add eggs, vegetables and pasta. Stir until well combined.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
