Ready for a quick and easy weeknight dinner? This Korean BBQ Sauce Sandwich is just that! It also makes for a delicious wrap or topped on rice!

    Korean bbq pork sandwiches.

Korean barbecue, also known as "KBBQ" or "Gogi-gui" in Korean, is a popular style of dining that involves grilling various types of meat, typically beef, pork, or chicken, at the table. This recipe is called Korean BBQ Sauce Sandwiches only because the sauce used is Korean BBQ sauce.

I use this sauce on chicken when we have Hibachi night at the house. The taste is a delightful balance of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors. I had a feeling it would make a delicious sandwich or lettuce, wrap, and boy was I right! The flavors soak into the meat well and paired perfectly with additional Asian seasoning and garlic.
