I'm here to tell you that you can make their Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich at home in a matter of minutes for a fraction of the cost with the same, if not more, level of satisfaction!

    How to Make a Starbucks Egg and Cheese Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

    1. Heat a frying pan on medium-high heat. Butter the insides of the English muffins and toast until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

    1. Portion and flatten sausage into 6 large patties. Cook the patties on both sides in the same large skillet on medium high heat until cooked through. Transfer to plate and set aside.

    1. For the egg frittata, to a blender or food processor, combine eggs, cream cheese, Monterrey Jack, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

    1. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture in the prepared dish, and microwave 3 minutes. Stir, then microwave an additional 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are set. Slice into 6 squares.

    1. Build your sandwiches starting with the bottom toasted English muffin bread slice followed by the sausage patties, egg square, slice of cheese, then the top bread slice.

    1. Individually wrap in wax paper or Ziploc bags. When ready to eat, heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or air fry at 400° for 4-5 minutes.
