    Crispy Chicken Citrus Salad

    Spring has sprung and so has the request for fresh and delicious salads. Loaded with crispy chicken, wonton strips, fresh orange segments, and spring greens…this one will become a new favorite in the salad rotation!

    Ingredients

    • 3-5 oz Just Bare crispy breaded chicken (or preferred chicken) chopped
    • 1 cup power or broccoli slaw
    • 3 cups spring lettuce mix
    • ¼ cup chopped sugar snap peas
    • 2 tablespoon Japanese-style dressing or miso dressing
    • ½ orange cut into chunks
    • 2 tablespoon wonton strips

    Instructions

    • Bake, fry, or air fry your chicken according to package directions. You can also use ready-to-use rotisserie or chicken strips.
    • In a large bowl, combine the power slaw, lettuce, sugar snap peas, and dressing. Toss to coat well, then pour into your serving bowl. 
    • Top with orange chunks, your prepared chopped chicken, and wonton strips.
