    • Small and Medium Mixing Bowl

    How to Make Pizza Monkey Bread

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a 8x4-inch loaf pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic.

    1. In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit pieces, pepperoni, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the biscuit mixture and toss until all the pieces are coated well.

    1. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness in the middle. Bake an additional 3-5 minutes if needed.

    1. Remove from the oven, and run a knife along the sides of the pan. Invert onto a serving platter. Carefully flip top-side up. Serve with pizza sauce.
