    Chili Cheese Dip

    Ingredients
     

    • 8 oz regular or ⅓ less-fat cream cheese room temperature
    • 15 oz can chili I used Hormel Turkey No Beans
    • 1 jalapeño diced
    • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, pepper jack
    • 2 green onions thinly sliced
    • Frito Scoops

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    • In a pie pan or medium baking dish, spread ingredients in an even layer in this order: cream cheese, chili, jalapeño, and shredded cheese. 
    • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
    • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with scoops for dipping.
