Beer Bread

This fresh Beer Bread is magnificent! It’s easy to make with just 6 ingredients, quick to mix together, yields a perfectly crispy edge, is light and fluffy, and would be delicious with anything. ⠀

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 12 oz beer
  • 3 tbsp melted butter divided
  • 1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF. 
  • Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar. Add 2 tbsp melted butter and beer. Mix just until ingredients are incorporated, don't over-mix. Pour dough into a greased loaf pan. Spread evenly, pour remaining melted butter on top, and sprinkle with seasoning. 
  • Bake 50 minutes. Slice, butter, and enjoy!1
