- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 12 oz beer
- 3 tablespoon melted butter divided
- 1 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning
- Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar. Add 2 tablespoon melted butter and beer. Mix just until ingredients are incorporated, don't over-mix. Pour dough into a greased loaf pan. Spread evenly, pour remaining melted butter on top, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake 50 minutes. Slice, butter, and enjoy!1
