Loaded nachos are serious business in this house…SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS!! Each chips is loaded with flavor and cheesy goodness!

- 11.5 oz thick-cut tortilla chips
- 2-3 cups pulled pork, shredded chicken or chopped steak
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- 1/2 cup queso blanco dip
- Optional Layers/Toppings: olives, pico de gallo, fresh or pickled jalapeños, sour cream, black or refried beans
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
On a sheet pan or large baking dish, layer nachos in this order: half of the chips, half of both cheeses, half of the meat, the remaining chips, cheddar cheese, meat and Monterey Jack cheese. Insert optional layers as desired, and ensure you end the layers with cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and cheese melted.
Remove from the oven and drizzle queso blanco dip on top. Garnish or serve toppings on the side as desired.
