In a shallow dish, whisk together panko, 1 tsp garlic all-purpose seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with remaining 1 tsp garlic all-purpose seasoning. On one side of the chicken, brush with 1 tsp mayonnaise on each cutlet. Dip each mayonnaise brushed side cutlet into the crumb mixture, pressing firmly, and lay on a non-stick sprayed sheet pan.
