- 6 hard boiled eggs peeled and grated or chopped
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- White Sandwich Bread
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, bacon, green onions, mayonnaise, dijon mustard and salt. Fold the ingredients until well combined. Serve your favorite egg salad way.
