- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 tablespoon butter melted
- 4 cups mixed berry fruit blend fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place melted butter in a 13"x9" dish.
In a medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar, and milk. Once combined, pour into the melted butter. Don't mix.
Evenly disperse the fruit on top of the batter.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve with ice cream and/or fresh whipped cream.
