Mixed Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 tablespoon butter melted
  • 4 cups mixed berry fruit blend fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  • Place melted butter in a 13"x9" dish. 
  • In a medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar, and milk. Once combined, pour into the melted butter. Don't mix.
  • Evenly disperse the fruit on top of the batter.
  • Bake 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve with ice cream and/or fresh whipped cream.
