Ingredients
2-2 ½lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Olive Oil spray
3tablespoonmayonnaise
1cuppanko
2teaspoonall-purpose seasoning
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspooncayenne pepper
Hot Honey or Hot Sauceto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a shallow dish, whisk together panko, 1 teaspoon garlic all-purpose seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with remaining 1 teaspoon garlic all-purpose seasoning. On one side of the chicken, brush with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise on each cutlet. Dip each mayonnaise brushed side cutlet into the crumb mixture, pressing firmly, and lay on a non-stick sprayed sheet pan.
Bake 15 minutes then broil on high 1-2 minutes or until the crust has browned. Ensure the chicken has an internal temperature of 165. Drizzle with Hot Honey or Hot Sauce.
