6hard boiled eggspeeled and grated or chopped
⅓cupcooked and crumbled bacon
2green onionsthinly sliced
4tablespoonmayonnaise
½tablespoondijon mustard
¼ tsp salt

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, bacon, green onions, mayonnaise, dijon mustard and salt. Fold the ingredients until well combined. Serve your favorite egg salad way.
