- 1 cup salted butter room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 French Loaves optional
In a medium bowl, blend butter, mayo, parmesan, garlic, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and paprika with a hand mixer or spatula until well combined.
If making garlic bread, preheat the oven 400°F. Cut a large French loaf in 1-inch slices. Spread desired amount of spread between each slice.
Press the loaf back together in its original form, wrap with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes.
