Perfect Guacamole

This guacamole is creamy, fresh and irresistibly delicious! It's perfect added on top of your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes, on a tortilla chip or just eaten from a spoon!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 large avocados seed and skin removed
  • ½ orange juiced
  • 1-1 ½ limes juiced
  • cup red onion finely diced
  • cup cilantro chopped
  • cup canned diced fire-roasted tomatoes slightly drained
  • 1 jalapeno seeds and membrane removed and finely diced
  • 1-1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • Tortilla Chips Optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Using a sharp knife, pastry cutter or meat chopper, pierce and mash the avocado with the other ingredients until the avocado is in bite-sized pieces. Fold with a spatula to ensure all of the ingredients are incorporated well.
  • Taste and add additional seasonings and heat to your liking. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
