Ingredients
5-6lbcountry style pork ribs
Pork Seasoningsubstitute with salt/black pepper and seasonings as desired
2cupsbarbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F. Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Generously season on all sides. Cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven. The ribs produce a lot of liquid, so be careful as you transfer the pan and open the foil. Using a fork, check for the ribs tenderness. They should pull apart easily. If they don’t, re-cover with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Once the ribs are tender, carefully tilt a corner of the sheet pan into a bowl, draining the pan of the liquids. Brush the ribs on all sides with barbecue sauce and return to the oven. Lower the oven temperature 275°F. Bake an additional 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, transfer to a serving dish, and brush and serve with additional barbecue sauce.
