Ingredients
 

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 12 oz beer
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter divided
  • 1 tablespoon everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF. 
  • Whisk together flour, salt, and sugar. Add 2 tablespoon melted butter and beer. Mix just until ingredients are incorporated, don't over-mix. Pour dough into a greased loaf pan. Spread evenly, pour remaining melted butter on top, and sprinkle with seasoning. 
  • Bake 50 minutes. Slice, butter, and enjoy!1
