Ingredients
Cake
15.25ozchocolate cake mix
3.9ozinstant chocolate pudding
1cupsour cream
4large eggs
½cupwater
½cupcanola and vegetable oil
1 ½cupschocolate chips
Cream Cheese Frosting
8ozcream cheesesoftened
¼ cupbuttersoftened
2cupspowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Grease a bundt cake pan. In a medium bowl, combine cake ingredients and mix until blended. Pour evenly into the prepared pan, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert the cake onto a cake plate. Allow the cake to cool before frosting.
For the icing, blend the cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Fill a pastry or Ziploc bag and cut off the corner. From the outside in, squeeze and pull a line of frosting up and over the cake, into the center hole. Repeat around the whole cake.
