Ingredients
½cupcrushed cracker crumbs
⅔cupmilk
1largeegg
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
¼cupketchupplus more for topping
¼cupfinely chopped onion
1teaspoonsalt
⅛teaspoonblack pepper
1 ½lbground beef
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine crackers, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to rest 3 minutes. Add the ground beef and mix just until the components are combined well. Don’t over mix.
Place in a baking dish or 9”x5” meatloaf pan and spread evenly. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
If desired, spread additional ketchup on top of the meatloaf 15 minutes before it's ready.
