Over the holidays, I made this Baked Potato Board to go with a steak dinner with the family. I could see it being a perfect compliment to a Chili Bar or Tailgate Party too! Just scale the ingredient amounts to match the number of people you’re feeding.

Ingredients
12russet potatoes
olive oil
salt/black pepper
8ozcheddar cheeseall but 2oz shredded
8ozpepper jack cheeseall but 2oz shredded
8ozsour cream
12slicesbaconfew strips whole and the rest crumbled
6-8 green onionsfew whole and the rest sliced
1-2jalapeños top cut off and the reset minced
1 cupbuttercut into slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Scrub/clean the potatoes and dry well. Pierce the skin on all sides with a fork, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake for 60-80 minutes, turning every 20 or until when pinched, the potatoes are tender.
