Ingredients
3-5ozJust Bare crispy breaded chicken (or preferred chicken)chopped
1 cuppower or broccoli slaw
3cupsspring lettuce mix
¼ cupchopped sugar snap peas
2tablespoonJapanese-style dressing or miso dressing
½orangecut into chunks
2tablespoonwonton strips
Instructions
Bake, fry, or air fry your chicken according to package directions. You can also use ready-to-use rotisserie or chicken strips.
In a large bowl, combine the power slaw, lettuce, sugar snap peas, and dressing. Toss to coat well, then pour into your serving bowl.
Top with orange chunks, your prepared chopped chicken, and wonton strips.
