Beer Cheese

Hall’s on the River is where I first tasted this delicious cheese spread. Clark County, Kentucky is it’s birthplace, and believe it or not, I saw Hall’s Beer Cheese in my grocery store in Fulshear, TX! Beer cheese recipes have a few variations with the spices and amount of heat, but this version is my family’s favorite and is sure to impress yours as well! It would also be an excellent addition to your holiday Charcuterie Board!
