Old Fashioned Orange Jello Salad

Orange Jello Salad is a retro style side dish necessary at any get together! It’s light, easy to make and super delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup cottage cheese excess moisture drained
  • 3 oz box orange Jello mix
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapple
  • 15 oz can mandarin oranges drained
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup maraschino cherries halved

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and Jello together until blended well.
  • Fold in crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges. 
  • Lastly, fold in Cool Whip and maraschino cherries.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving. Garnish with additional maraschino cherries if desired.
