Ingredients
1 8.6-ouncesheet puff pastry
6tablespoonspizza sauce
6tablespoonsshedded mozzarella cheese
2tablespoonsgarlic butter
6Pure Flavor® Juno® Bites Red Grape Tomatoes
2tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into six even rectangles.
On 3 of the rectangles, spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce in the center. Spread to within ¼-inch of the edge. Top each with 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon snipped basil, and 6 tomato slices.
Place the reserved rectangles on top of the filling. Seal the edges with a fork.
Brush a thin layer of garlic butter on a sheet pan. Transfer the prepared tarts to the sheet pan. Brush the tops of the tarts with the remaining garlic butter.
Lay 5 tomato slices on each pocket and sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is flaky and golden brown.
