Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pure Flavor® Poco Bites® Cocktail Cucumbers
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise light or regular
  • 1 pound cooked chicken
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • Salt/Black Pepper/Sugar to taste
  • 1 cup diced green grapes
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard optional
  • Dippers: Halved Pure Flavor® Poco Bites® Cocktail Cucumbers and Crackers

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chicken, dill, pecans, and red onion.
  • Mix with a hand mixer or spatula.
  • Once combined, fold in cucumber and grapes.
  • Serve with cucumbers and/or crackers.
