They would be too wet for the mixture. I would recommend instead omitting the cranberries and serving cranberry sauce on the side.

This recipe was easy to prepare and tasty as well. I made it to whet our appetites before Thanksgiving. Leftovers for lunch were appreciated. Will def make this again.

I made these for Friendsgiving and they were a hit! The lady at the deli counter recommended a 3.5 slice for the texture of the meat they had and it turned out great. A great tasting recipe that was simple to put together yet festive!

Kids called them turkey burritos. I used smoked Gouda cheese and a homemade gravy and kept everything else the same. It was amazing! Husband said it tasted just like Thanksgiving! Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that Anna! From the experiences everyone has shared so far, this has not happened. I used Butterball and it was super juicy. The only troubleshoots I’d say for this is to make sure your dish is covered really well with foil, ensure the slices are thick and high quality, and adequate spread of the gravy on top before baking. I hope this helps if you make it again.

My roll ups turned up very dry . I’m assuming because they are already cooked from the deli and it’s white meat. I did put a lot of gravy under and over the roll ups.
