					<description><![CDATA[I did not use bone in, but rather boneless pork shops.  Easy to make and they were tasty.  I thought the sauce tasted a little bitter and added a very small amount of brown sugar.  That balanced the flavors for me.  My husband enjoyed them very much.  I served the chops with sweet potato mash, field peas, and rice.]]></description>
