Just took my first tray from the oven and they are delicious! I used hot sausage and regular Palmetto pimento cheese plus the cheddar bay biscuit mix WITH the garlic packet. Spot on yummy! Will reheat tomorrow and serve with maple syrup as suggested. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

In reply to Tina Emery. I haven't tried that, but I could see it working. However, it might need some added moisture. A touch of mayonnaise and/or some shredded cheddar cheese.
