I decided to make these for a good ole comfort meal! I couldn’t find thick cut boneless chops so I grabbed thin cut and carefully browned them and let them finish cooking in the gravy! This was a GREAT meal! I made a squash casserole and mashed potatoes! We will be keeping this on the meal rotation just like all Laura’s recipes!! 10/10 recommend!!

True southern deliciousness! Tip for others wanting to make this: make sure to not overcook the pork and it will be tender and juicy. It’s so worth the mess I made with the flour. Your recipes rock!
