HI Kris! 🙂 Thicker will work, just will likely need a touch more time. Check with a thermometer 😉 Also, yes SF Apple pie filling will work…just will have that change in flavor.

I have made this 4x in the last year. It is so unexpectedly delicious! I never liked pork chops prior. Pork is low cal, cheap and I used sugar free pie filling and it’s wonderful.
