Oh my goodness. There is nothing better than a good Southern recipe of Pimento Cheese. When I make mine, I use Cabot’s Seriously Sharp White Cheddar, Colby Jack & Mild cheddar. Like your tips say, you can use just about any cheese that you like. This looks amazing 😍
