I am a cheesecake baker and great recipe.. but I added 3 instead of 2 eggs, a good scoop of sour cream and lemon zest. 😃 Happy Baking

if making ahead and freezing, do you need to set in the fridge first for a fee hours or can they go straight to the freezer after cooling?
