In reply to Michelle. Hi Michelle, I did not put any nuts in mine. I brought it to a gathering of approx. 12 people and they cleaned it all up. Nothing but great feedback from the crowd, I guess that goes without saying since it disappeared! The only dry ingredient I put in was pepper as I had a sample before adding spices and felt it had enough salt from the bacon and the cheeses! It was delicious!!

I’ve been making this recipe for decades, literally, but instead of using silvered almonds I use roughly chopped Smokehouse Almonds. So good!
