Sunday Night Mocha Ice Cream

Heaven…pure chocolate mocha HEAVEN!!!


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp chocolate covered espresso beans
  • 9.2oz jar Sunday Night chocolate

    In a mixing medium bowl, whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla until combined well. To a large bowl or stand mixer, add whipping cream, coffee and cocoa powder. Whisk on low speed, then increase speed and whip until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. On low speed, slowly add the condensed milk mixture into the coffee cocoa just until combined. Pour into a freezer safe container, sprinkle crushed chocolate covered espresso beans on top, and freeze 5 hours or overnight. Scoop and spoon warmed, rich and decadent Sunday Night dark chocolate on top!
