Steak & Cheese Bites

These are a delicious and hearty appetizer everyone will cheer for!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz deli beef, thinly sliced
4
  • pepper jack string cheese, quartered
  • 8 oz can Crescent Rolls
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

    • Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate the crescent rolls, cut each dough lengthwise into 2 pieces, and place on a baking sheet or stone. Starting with the wide end of each roll, place the meat and cheese. Starting with the wide end, roll into the narrow end and tuck the tip underneath the bottom. Lay on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with seasoning, and bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Optional, serve with creamy horseradish dipping sauce.

    Approximate Nutrition Information for 1 (makes 16): 100 calories, 4.5g fat, 7g carbs, 8g protein

    I fixed these for our Super Bowl family get together and EVERYONE loved them. Can’t wait to fix them again! This was my favorite food of the night.
