Shredded Queso Chicken

This Crockpot wonder can be used in so many ways! Quesadillas, tacos, burritos, walking tacos, salads…the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2.5-3lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 15oz jar salsa
  • 15oz jar queso
  • Recipe

    In a Crockpot, whisk together broth and taco seasoning. Submerge chicken cutlets, cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours. Remove most of the broth from the Crockpot and shred the chicken with a hand mixer or 2 forks. Stir in salsa and queso, cover and cook on high until heated through. Ladle out excess liquid if needed.
