Preheat the oven 450Β°F. Spread prepared veggies on a foil lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients until well blended. Using tongs or clean hands, toss the veggies with the sauce until all pieces are coated well. Roast in the oven for 40-60 minutes, tossing every 20 minutes until level of caramelization is reached.
Approximate Nutrition Information 1/8 of the sheet pan (nutrition will vary with veggies used): 200 calories, 14g fat, 13g carbs, 6g protein
