These pretzel dogs were insanely delicious! If you don’t have the time or would prefer to cut out a few steps, you can use store-bought pizza dough instead of homemade dough. These will be made in our home again ASAP! Hope you enjoy them too!

Oh man! I’m so sorry to hear it didn’t stay wrapped. I have made them several times, and other than a couple that might loosen at the end, they’re pretty tight. Here are some troubleshoot experiences: 1.) One follower said he used smaller dogs and the dough should be for 10-12 in that case instead of 8. 2.) Another follower boiled the dough too long (more than 20-30 seconds), and that loosened them as well. 3.) Another didn’t wrap them tight enough. 4.) Another tried substitutions with the dough ingredients, so not sure what went wrong there. 🙂
