Holiday Focaccia

This festive bread is ready to compliment all your holiday tables. Garnished with bright red Pure Flavor® Azuca Red Cherry Tomatoes and green fresh basil, each slice is a holly holiday show-stopper!

Ingredients

  • 18 frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • 1 pint Pure Flavor® Azuca Red Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 2 flaky salt
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

    Evenly disperse dinner rolls in a 13”x9” pan and coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Cover and allow them to rise for 4-6 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover the rolls and drizzle with the remaining olive oil on top. Create indentations with your fingers all over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with Italian seasoning, garlic and salt. Create holly berries, placing the tomatoes in 3s skin side down. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Garnish around the tomatoes with parmesan cheese and place the basil leaves next to the tomatoes for the holly berry leaves. Serve with additional olive oil or butter.
