Guacamole

At a visit to a popular restaurant in San Antonio, I learned a few tricks on how to make what I feel is the best guacamole! I could eat this on anything or by itself…it’s so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, seeded & scooped out
  • 1/2 orange, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1/3 cup fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Run a knife through the ingredients multiple times until the avocados are in bite sized pieces. Fold with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are blended. Serve with chips or with an entrée
