Greek Chicken

This chicken is perfect with just about any side dish, baked potatoes, macaroni and cheese, rice…seriously goes with everything!

Ingredients

  • Amounts of each are your Preference
  • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breasts
  • Regular or Light Greek Dressing
  • All Purpose Greek Seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Black Pepper
  • Butter, melted
  • Recipe

    Marinate the chicken in Greek dressing for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Remove the chicken from the marinade and lay on an aluminum foil lined sheet pan. Discard the marinade. Sprinkle chicken on one side with Greek seasoning, paprika and black pepper. Flip the chicken, lightly brush with melted butter and season with Greek seasoning, paprika and black pepper. Bake 15-18 minutes then broil on high 1-2 minutes or until the top has browned. Time will vary depending on the cut of chicken you choose. Ensure it has an internal temperature of 165°F.
