Glazed Pork Tenderloin

I made this pork tenderloin on IG stories a few months ago and it was a hit. There were several requests for the written recipe and tutorial…so here you go! It’s elegant but super simple!

Ingredients

  • 2.5lb pork tenderloin (2 loins in 1 package)
  • 2-3 tbsp seasoning (*see note below)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce or Roasted Pineapple Habenero Sauce
  • Recipe

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Season both tenderloins on all sides with seasoning. Wrap with bacon (secure with a toothpick if necessary). Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Rest 3 minutes and baste with your desired sauce. Slice and serve. *Note: I used Adams Reserve Holiday Rub from HEB. You could also use a general purpose garlic & herb or pork rub/seasoning. You will likely find the sauce varieties in your barbecue/condiment aisle.
