Smashed Garlic Potatoes


  • 1 1/2lb yellow potatoes
  • 5oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Amore Garlic Paste, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then boil the potatoes 15-20 minutes or until a fork can easily be inserted. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a bowl. To the bowl, add the evaporated milk, butter and desired amounts of garlic paste and salt. Mix with a potato masher or hand mixer to desired consistency.
