Garlic Lovers Stuffed Crust Pizza and Salad

Ingredients

  • PIZZA:
  • 11oz pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6oz fresh mozzarella, cut into dice-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Gold Garlic & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Gold Garlic Italian Herb Nuggets
  • 4-6oz pizza sauce
  • 4oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Gold Garlic Parmesan Nuggets

  • SALAD:
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup halved olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 3 boiled eggs, grated
  • 4oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Gold Parmesan Nuggets
  • 1 cup croutons
  • Dressing, as desired
  • Recipe

    Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a 15x10x1” sheet pan with parchment paper. Roll or stretch the dough in a 17x12” rectangle, pressing up and extending over sides of the pan. Place the cubed mozzarella around the inside edge of pan, spacing them 1-inch apart. Fold the extended edge of the dough over cheese and press firmly to seal between each cube and along the inside. Brush the Garlic Gold Garlic & Extra Virgin Olive Oil over bottom inside of the dough and sprinkle the stuffed crust edge with Garlic Gold Italian Herb Nuggets. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over dough. Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded mozzarella over sauce. Then, top with pepperoni, remaining mozzarella and Garlic Gold Garlic Parmesan Nuggets. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese bubbling.

    For the salad, on a serving platter, layer lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, red onion, eggs, cheese, Garlic Gold Parmesan Nuggets and croutons. Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
